Insomnia?

I am not a good
sleeper. An incurable sleeping disorder and insomnia keeps me up
a good portion of most nights. I long ago developed a policy of
getting work done when I cannot sleep – as opposed to lying in
bed with my eyes wide open.
In the study of my house I have a
link up to my office computer – and times like this (it is now
4:16AM on a Saturday and I have not been able to sleep for a
little over an hour), I put a pot of coffee on and come down to
the study to bang out some of the items on my “To Do List”.
As long as you are awake – you might as well put the time to
good use instead of staring at the ceiling.
