Campaign Speech to the Moochers
What the whole speech last night shows me is that we’re in serious trouble.
This was 100% campaign speech that was tested in front of groups of people weeks in advance, and fined tuned to what people want to hear. The theme that the Democrats are running is that a Republican controlled House has obstructed the country from recovering. Forget that it is the Democrat controlled Senate that has not passed anything — or that while Obama has taken the deficit from $10Trillion to $15Trillion in three years — while unemployment has gone up, the defense has been weakened, and gas is twice as much as the day he took office. The average idiot voter out there thinks this is all of the Republican’s fault.
At the same time, Obama has achieved his goal of dramatically increasing the percentage of government dependents receiving a handout — The Moochers. So he knows that having the Soviet seeded (beginning in the 30s) media and college professors helping him blaming the Republicans is working. This is going to cause panic among many of the existing Republican politicians, who will cave to some of Obama’s pie in the sky entitlements.
Obama wouldn’t have a speech calling for amnesty, free college, mortgage refinance, throwing money at “Green Energy” (his crony friends giving the most contribution money), union construction projects, and tax increases on the few who pay taxes — if he didn’t know that was what the majority want to hear.
Yes, we’ve now officially passed the point of where the majority being the moochers and want to become yet bigger moochers. There are not enough producers to win. When the Moochers put yet a higher percentage of their corrupt career politicians in office, and they get another 12,000,000-20,000,000 voters through amnesty for more Moochers — America will officially be on Greece Watch.

New polls just out has Romney, Ginrich, and Santorum beating Obama — and Paul coming close to doing it. Polls also show (that voters are complete idiots) Hillary with an approval rating of over 60% and that nearly 100% women would vote for her. She’s actually cut from the same Chicago Communist cloth as Obama — but hides it better.
Not only is Obama assured a sure win with Hillary on the ticket — but it solves the Democrat problems of who to run in 2016. VP’s stand the best chance of elections — and Hillary see’s this as her last chance.
In the past I blew off Obama replacing Joe with Hillary — as Ole Joe is pretty loyal to Obama — and Obama trusts the Clintons as far as he can throw them. Plus it is bad luck to know the Clintons — even in the White House, although I doubt Obama will be found in the park with a clean shirt and a different gun next to him. However, I’m betting that there is going to be a deal cut for a Hillary/Biden swap — it is will be soon to properly pull it off. They don’t want to wait until a Republican has been selected as it will look as if Obama is afraid of that candidate — so I think it will be pretty soon we hear and announcement. I think it was the White House that sent out the trial balloons this week.

Stop The Mooching!
Nothing has done more to ruin the United States than it being more profitable to be a “Moocher” than a “Producer”. Ayn Rand wrote about this in the World’s Best Book – Atlas Shrugged. If you hadn’t read this book, you should. To sum up 1400 pages into one statement: her novel was about how a Socialist United States penalized the “Producers” by transferring the fruits of their labor to the “Moochers”. The harder they worked — the more they were penalized. The politicians were masters of stoking the fires of Class Warfare to receive the support of those they gave the freebies to – fully understanding the concept of whenever a government robs Peter to pay Paul — they can always expect the support of Paul. It created a class of ever increasingly worthless “moochers” unable to do anything for themselves. Finally the “producers” threw in the towel and went on strike by just disappearing from society. This is now referred to as “Going Galt”, after the creator of the policy — John Galt.
While this book was written in 1957, we are watching this story play out in real time, here and now in the United States.
I was a “Producer” for many years. In 1998, I owned 4 companies, employed over 100 people, spent a half million a month (which employed hundreds of others) for products and services for my businesses, and I paid millions a year in all types of taxes. I was being increasingly penalized at turn by our government and a society that vilified the producers, and so I finally gave up, threw in the towel, and retired. People kept telling me that I’d Gone Galt — but I never knew what they meant. Until I read Atlas Shrugged in 2011.
I’m not a “Moocher” as we live off my savings and I pull my weight through life. I ask for and receive nothing from anyone. I will no longer again produce — unless we stop this socialist madness, which actually encourages people to become and stay “Moochers”, with gifts from the public Treasury. I’ve met many other former “Producers” who have “Gone Galt” — and it has been in increasing numbers since Chairman Obama was elected. This “Going Galt” is happening right in plain sight — yet few can see or understand it. Again, read Atlas Shrugged, and you’ll begin to fully understand what is happening, and our future.
Last year, a 21-year-old woman submitted her plan to get people off of Welfare — with her submission of the below editorial to the Waco Tribune Herald in Waco, TX on 11/18/10. I think it is an excellent plan to begin the reversal of mooching, and might ultimately help with the return of the “Producers”.
Put me in charge of food stamps. I’d get rid of Lone Star cards; no cash for Ding Dongs or Ho Ho’s, just money for 50-pound bags of rice and beans, blocks of cheese and all the powdered milk you can haul away. If you want steak and frozen pizza, then get a job.
Put me in charge of Medicaid. The first thing I’d do is to get women Norplant birth control implants or tubal ligations. Then, we’ll test recipients for drugs, alcohol, and nicotine and document all tattoos and piercings. If you want to reproduce or use drugs, alcohol, smoke or get tats and piercings, then get a job.
Put me in charge of government housing. Ever live in a military barracks? You will maintain our property in a clean and good state of repair. Your “home” will be subject to inspections anytime and possessions will be inventoried. If you want a plasma TV or Xbox 360, then get a job and your own place.
In addition, you will either present a check stub from a job each week or you will report to a “government” job. It may be cleaning the roadways of trash, painting and repairing public housing, whatever we find for you. We will sell your 22 inch rims and low profile tires and your blasting stereo and speakers and put that money toward the “common good.”
Before you write that I’ve violated someone’s rights, realize that all of the above is voluntary. If you want our money, accept our rules. Before you say that this would be “demeaning” and ruin their “self esteem,” consider that it wasn’t that long ago that taking someone else’s money for doing absolutely nothing was demeaning and lowered self esteem.
If we are expected to pay for other people’s mistakes we should at least attempt to make them learn from their bad choices. The current system rewards them for continuing to make bad choices.
AND while you are on Government subsistence, you no longer can VOTE! Yes, that is correct. For you to vote would be a conflict of interest. You will voluntarily remove yourself from voting while you are receiving a Government welfare check. If you want to vote, then get a job.
People need to pull their head out of the sand while there is still an outside chance that we can save the United States. Those people who don’t like to get involve with politics, and ignore what’s going on are just as bad as the Moochers by apathetic.
I may be on strike from being a “Producer” — but I will not stop trying to make people understand what is our certain future when too many Producers have finally “Gone Galt”. Its coming people! I ask that others start to get involved to do the same. Socialism has never succeeded — no matter if you call it Progressivism, Liberalism, or Communism — it equates to failure. It has always failed — and all you have to do is look across the Atlantic to see the misery of Europe having to pay for this failure.

I didn’t change — and outside of the forum most would still consider me to be a hardcore Right Wing Nut. However, it is the collective of the forum membership that has changed, which has turned me into a moderate in their eyes.
I’m a mixture of hard Conservative in some areas, and hard Libertarian in other areas. I want less government, I want the government to get out of my face and the face of productive business. I want the United States to be a Republic and not a Democracy. Those are Libertarian leaning qualities — but I am also Conservative on some social issues like being anti-abortion, anti-gay marriage, anti-drug legalization, pro-Christian and pro-Israel. I’m in between both camps on the Military. I want a strong one to punish those who come to hurt us (or are preparing to come to hurt us) with a quick and effective strike — but tired of getting involved with people we can’t trust — like any Muslim. I’ve never met one I could trust — as it is a cultural thing with them. I’m for a workers program to legally allow Mexicans (without citizenship, voting rights, or entitlements) to come to the US to make beds, mow lawns, wash dishes, and other home construction — but I am against allowing anyone from the Muslim world into the country. The reasons are we need cheap labor for some of the jobs citizens don’t want to do — yet need to be smart with home security.
I’m tired of entitlements that encourage moochers to become lazy — and punish the earners with redistribution of their efforts to those who made no real effort. I’m tired of the schools, unions, and courts infiltrated with Communists polluting the minds of our kids and the ignorant/apathetic. I’m tired of votes being bought with gift of the public treasury, and all of the cronyism. I want the counties and states to play a bigger part of determining how involved to get — and the Federal government to play a much smaller part of it. That way if you don’t like how your state governs — move.
I think this country has a lot of big problems, the Federal government is taking away our rights at a rapid pace — but that we also have too many Chicken Littles running around screaming that the sky is falling with too many and too far out there conspiracy theories.
I guess this makes me a “Moderate: to some – but only to the ubber-extreme who lack any flexibility to achieve real change back to a Republic.
I was pretty successful in business, and learned a long time that you sometimes lose a couple of battles in the effort to win the war. I’ve learn that you can cut your nose off in spite of your face by being so inflexible that you give the enemy the win every time. I’ve learned that often the war has to be won in manageable stages — or you will lose the war with an all out attack that you couldn’t possibly win because you were unprepared and under-gunned. I’m a fiscal Libertarian because I’m a Capitalist, but a Social Libertarian because social decay has brought down great empires, and has caused the problems we’ve experience in the last 100 years – since Woodrow Wilson. Because I’m not 100% in either camp of the Conservatives and Libertarians — many in the Political forum consider me a moderate. I don’t feel like I fit my definition of a moderate. I know what I stand for, and that hasn’t changed much over the years. It is the Old Hippie membership collective (not individuals) who have changed. It isn’t a good thing — nor is it a bad thing. Just a fact.
Finally — you have to also understand my position as the creator and administrator of this site. I created the forums to be a board with a specific forum to cover any type of discussion — not just US Politics, and more specifically — not just Libertarian US Politics. Regardless of my personal politics — I want a balance not just in politics, and to not to chase away others who are here for more than, or other than, Libertarian politics. I want to be able to have politics reasonably be discussed here — and I know that Politics and Religion get heated — but I also want all of the other topics on some people’s minds (cars, racing, computers, finance, Church, World news, trucks, motorcycles, airplanes, boats, hobbies, … anything) to be discussed. It will always be my goal that those people feel welcomed here too.
That’s my explanation concerning the statement made that I’m a political moderate.

Could the US Ever Have a Hitler or Stalin?
Here are a few questions many people are starting to ask:

Are we so sure that the United States could never empower an extreme political party led by an Ego Maniac — which would go as far as imprison those who disagree with them? The “People” who put Hitler, Stalin, and Mao in power never thought what next happen to them could have happened. Has the United States learned from those mistakes and ensured that it could never happen here? Many feel like the current government has in the background taken away much Freedom under the guise of National Security, could in fact classify those who are vocal that the government has strayed for the Capitalist Republic we once were — toward a European style Socialist government. Many feel that those in power right now are unfolding the plan laid out in Saul Alinsky‘s “Rules for Radicals” and the Cloward and Piven Strategy.

Has the government built FEMA camps which could “detain and retain” millions of citizens? A simple Google search on the topic shows proof that many camps have been built for some reason. What is that reason? Is it to house displaced people affected by a natural (or un-natural for that matter) disaster? Is it for the rounding up and detention of illegal aliens? Or are there other motives — like re-education? Remember that Barrack Obama’s unrepentant terrorist friend Bill Ayers felt like if his goal of Communism was to ever replace Capitalism, that a large portion of the citizenship would have to be re-educated, and some would have to be eliminated.

Let’s start with the last question first. The current administration defines Right-Wing Extremist as:

Do you think the Federal government could put you into the above category, based on a conversation you might have been involved in?
Let’s next think about FEMA Camps. I suggest that you do a Google search of the term “FEMA Camps” and investigate with an open mind. You will find some feel that these exist only in the minds of Loopy individuals wearing Tinfoil hats — and others feel that those who ignore facts have their heads in the sand. Maybe the real answer lies somewhere in between. The fact is that camps have been built to house large numbers of people. It is the motive that is in question.
Finally let us consider if the US could ever allow a group of progressives or communists headed by an Ego Maniac to gain foothold in the US. Would we ever give up our rights given to us under the US Constitution, because that is what is needed to get with the times? Could our Government ever become so corrupt that they feel only they can make decisions for us? Some people point to the communist movement that has operated out of Chicago since the 30s. Those people ask you to investigate who these people are, where were they have been educated, who are their heroes, and who have they run with? These are reasonable questions that Americans should be asking themselves, and looking for the answers to.
History shows us that Germany got Hitler, Russia got Stalin, China got Mao, and Cuba got Castro because the people had Hope and wanted Change where wealth was not earned — but shared. However they were apolitical and easily swayed with promises, without really understanding who they were giving all of their power to. When you talk to most Americans, you find most do not know anything about their current government, and most don’t want to even discuss it. There never could have been a Hitler, Stalin or Mao had the same people not existed for them, so I say it is possible to repeat history — especially since most who experienced what these people did in the 30s, 40s and 50s, are gone. 60+ years have distanced them from believing this could be possible.
There is a very interesting thread in the Chairman Obama forums where this is all discussed — and with opinions from all sides. Like most books, the thread starts in one direction — then gets very interesting in the later posts. For those who don’t want to have their heads in the sand — read these various opinions, and add your own.
In 1969 Weather Underground founders Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorhn (who were to become Pres. Obama’s personal friends and associates for many years) put Charles Manson on the cover of their occasional newspaper, “Fire”. At what was billed as a “War Council” in Flint Michigan that same year, Ayers and his comrades took to greeting each other with “the fork” – three fingers pointed upwards, in honor of Manson. (Google Dorhn’s Flint conference quote on Manson – and Sharon Tate, who was 8 1/2 months pregnant at the time.) In 1972 Ayers dedicated the WU’s manifesto, “Prairie Fire”, to his cultural and political heroes — a list which included Sen. Robert Kennedy’s assassin, Sirhan Sirhan.
Throughout their career as terrorist bombers, Ayers and Dorhn were constantly trying to break the Left free of its “bourgeois” commitment to non-violence. In fact, they frequently used that word, bourgeois, to mock any WU members who hesitated to accept Ayer’s increasingly deadly commitment to violence. By adopting Charles Manson as their own, by praising Manson as a hero of the counterculture, they hoped to smash the Left’s “bourgeois” ties to civilization and thus spark similar acts of horrific “revolutionary” violence.
Over 400 people attended that Flint conference. Can’t help but wonder what positions they have now, unknown to anyone but each other…
