In Transnationalism, the elected would play a minor part compared to the Global Chairman, and the Supreme Court is a step down from the World Court. The US dollar would no longer be the World Currency -- as it has since WWII. As a matter of fact, that is being negotiated in England by Obama right now at the G20.
