People now go to jail for lying to the police/FBI -- so I agree, don't answer any question that need not legally need to be asked. On the one hand I believe that we shouldn't handcuff law enforcement in trying to protect us from bad people -- on the other hand, it appears that Democrats use Government agencies as a tool to run Banana Republic style justice against their political enemies. This scares the Hell out of me -- but appartently not too many others -- until maybe it happens to them.
CIA, FBI, TSA, IRS, DHS -- Obama and the Democrats appear willing to use all of these agencies to harass former political administrations and the supported of their political enemies.
That said -- I don't appear to have made the TSA's list of Right Wing Radicals (for have serving in the military or running this and other political sites) yet. I carried over $6000 in cash (I bought even more back (but less than the $10,0000 limit) as I was up at the 3 visits to the casino) to the Bahamas last week. Customs didn't search my baggage and I breezed through Immigration on both sides. Coming into the States the two people ahead of us had to give finger prints and it took them about ten minutes each to get through. For us, they swiped the passport and 60 seconds later sent us on our way. We've had our passports for almost 30 years (renewed twice) so our profile must currently be an older couple that likes to travel together. There are a lot of stamps to Caribbean Countries (we've been to about 30 different ones), and a lot to Mexico for me as I use to Sport Fish for Marlin/Yuna/Dorado in Cabo San Lucas.
I also figured that having my hair down to my waist would get a baggage search -- as it sure had the trees in the Bahamas asking me if I wanted to buy weed, smoke, or toot. |
