What is missing is the clarification of 2.12b and 2.13 Manual transmissions -- spelling out more specifically what was a purpose built manual transmission. That whole section is unchanged. I'd heard conversations in the pits involving NMCA tech that they'd clarify the Lenco situation -- but either they changed their mind or over-looked it. |
