Well the paint is bought. It will be Texas Thunder Red. Beyond that it is all up in the air.
Floors are finally done! Just have to finish fillin in the holes in the firewall and start strippin paint. There was a lot of undercoating in this one, but since most of the floors had rusted away, I only have the front fender wells to worry about.
There is a little more rust on the outer body up near the rear window, but that will be easy to fix compared to the floors.
I kept the doors and the nose / header panel in steel. The fenders, hood, and deck lid are all fiberglass. They appear to be fairly nice pieces, but you never really know till you start block sanding them.
Have a long list of honey do's to work on this weekend. Still hope to pull the mock up engine and get the firewall finished. Lots of holes were added by the previous owner that need to be filled. At least they will be easier to get to. I still have brused ribs from trying to weld inside the jungle gym at the back of this car hehehehe.

are you talking about Baron Von Barracuda from Diver Dan? I use to watch that all of the time as a kid -- and loved the trigger fish with the derby and the cigarette dangling from his lips. He was Baron Von Barracuda's henchman.
But then again Dishonest John and Snidely Whiplash were also my heroes as a kid
Baron Barracuda - Sinister sea fish with a monocle on the live-action children's marionette adventure DIVER DAN/SYN/1960. Baron Barracuda and his stooge sidekick Trigger Fish lived in the Sargasso Sea in a cave by Teetering Rock. They continually hatched plans to take over the bottom of the ocean. Their main adversaries were the only two humans on the program: intrepid ocean explorer Diver Dan (Frank Freda) and his mermaid friend Miss Minerva (Suzanne Turner). Other fish marionettes (voiced by Allen Swift) included: Finley Haddock, Gabby the Clam, Gill-Espie, a bongo-playing beatnik fish, Glow Fish who lived by the Bottomless Pit, Goldie the Goldfish, Hammer-head Shark, Hermit Crab, Sawfish Sam, Scout Fish, who sported an Indian tomahawk and feathers, Sea Biscuit the Seahorse, and Skipper Kipper. The Diver Dan program was produced by Hal Tunis and Louis Kellman and each episode ran seven-minutes in length.
