Well at least a good start. I spent a good bit of time on it so far -- but there's still a bunch to do. Feel free to jump in there and complete any missing or incorrect information.

Dave,I think most tracks require all drivers to wear a helmet now days,even the slow cars.If not it's a good idea to wear one anyway.

I thought you didn't have to wear one if 14 seconds or slower.

Honestly not sure about the 14 seconds or slower,but still a good idea.Cars that slow the track may require.Now if it's an open car(convertable,street rods,etc.) you have to wear one,slow or fast.

Saw a couple of cars at Lonestar with drivers not wearing as helmet. Also saw someone fall off their 9-second bike -- and have to walk 200' to get it.
