Well decided to go to Georgia to ride through the Chattahoochee National Forrest system and to other points beyond instead of going to Super Chevy in Ennis. We usually take about two road bike trips a year, (lots of dirt bike rides) and head out to somewhere cooler and with more windy roads than Houston has. Should be a really nice trip.
Got the bike out today and gave it a fresh tune, checked out the tires and brakes and I should be good to go. Video Posted of the Bike test below.
I all seriousness, going to borrow my buddies V-Strom instead of taking Mini-Bob or the Harley. I'll take lots of pictures along the way and post when I get back.

We were going to stay at T.W.O. near Suches, But they say they are booked for the weekend. I really don't know the route plans, My Buddy Dan West always lays them out. I got a call in to him right now, Looked at the Texas weather, there are tornadoes in the panhandle with that system heading east right through Georgia. Looked at Weather.com they say 60% chance of rain on Friday, 30% on Saturday.
I hate riding in the rain. We may or may not go or may change states. Post back soon,.

Well Bronx, doesn't look like I will be visiting you this weekend. One of the guys thinks there is going to be hail, high winds, heavy rain and flooding where we were planning on going. Trip has been postponed till some other day.
Tried to get them to just push it back for starting on Saturday on not on Friday but some of the guys have real jobs and can't get the time off switched.
Bummer........ I really need a couple of days off.
