He was racing a Porsche. They found the driver of the Porsche and he's been arrested for Vehicular Manslaughter. The Dumbass in the Ferrari had a female passenger that was thrown from the car -- and will most likely die -- if she hasn't already.

Hate to see anyone get hurt but it's good that they didn't kill anyone else and the dead driving won't ever hurt anyone else and hopefully, the driver of the 'porch' will get life.

Why should the porshe driver get anything? Did he FORCE the Ferrari driver to race him at gunpoint? Come on people! It's called PERSONAL accountability. If one of your kids does something wrong, do you spank ALL of them?

I never street race but I do run excessive speeds at times. If I ever get stopped it's gonna hurt my wallet and I will deserve it!

A ticket I agree, loose your license, OK, go to jail for life because you raced someone who can't drive? Nah....

Now if the Porsche driver runs over a little old lady (or anybody) then Yes a stiffer punishment.

Next thing you know you will get stopped for racing on the streets, they will find out that you know people can get killed racing on the streets, so you will be charged with Attempted Vehicular Manslaughter.
