DUMPSTERThis is where threads go to die. Old threads are moved here (and displayed in reverse order) before they're forever deleted. While they'll most likely not be moved out out of the dumpster -- those posted to will gain a short reprieve of a month or two. Obviously no threads are to be started in this forum.
Donations of any size will help to defray the enormous legal costs from a lawsuit filed against the administrator of OldHippie.com, by what many refer to as a "Copyright Troll" law firm, for the posting of a TSA "Pat Down" photo they had bought the copyright rights to, after the photo was posted on this site, and then removed.
A month after Scott printed it in the FSC Magazine -- the kid that I had an arrangement with to Crew Chief my car in exchange for an opportunity to my giving him a seat in a NMC car I had -- has been canceled. We just didn't see things the same way, and it wasn't working out.
The great news is that I'll still be bringing a NMC car and driver with me to all of the races.
My 21-year-old son Dallas raced with me from the time he was 16 -- until early last year when he completely lost interest. He ran Bradenton and Bowling Green -- but his heart and soul just wasn't into it, and so he gave it up.
Well the year off was what he needed -- and today he agreed to move back to Houston from Lubbock (transfer colleges) and start racing with me again. Not only were some of the happiest times of my life when we raced together -- but I can really use his help and expertise on my car -- and the bonus is that he's the only other person on the face of the Earth that I can trust to help me drive the rig.
So look sharp in NMC because he's a gamer when his head is in the game.
I'm obviously a proud father who is very happy to team up with my son again.
