A few weeks ago. Just was now able to post here, Dave fixed me up, thanks Dave!
Here's the story. Got up at the crack of damn and loaded up the bullet for the trip to Total Engine Concepts (TEC) in West Palm Beach Florida. This place is awesome, truly a racers shop as is Treasure Coast Auto Machine (TCAM) in Stuart, Florida.
Before I get started, I have to tell you guys this. I used two 800 cfm Edelbrock carbs modified by Fugly (Damon Kuhn) and sold by Diamondback Engines. I came with all the AFB tuning stuff I had and did not have to use it. These things were PERFECT out of the box. I mean PERFECT. The guy running the dyno and Mike from TCAM were shocked at how well these carbs were dialed in. I think we have a few high profile AFB converts now. To repeat, I did not have to do ANY tuning to these carbs and the HP and TQ curves speak for themselves.
Up until now, I had always built my own engines but decided to use TCAM as I was tied up with getting a business off the ground. It was a good ove and I highly recommend them. MIke Rion owns TCAM and gets personally involved with his clients. We had some issues with a set of Cometic head gaskets and he took care of it and we had a successful dyno session today. I plan on using TCAM for a potential hemi build in the not too distant future and that says a lot from me.
Anyway, we got there and Mike & Mike of TEC started the 528 hookup to the DTS4000 dyno. This dyno is the tits but is notoriously stingy. Anyway here are some pics of the setup:

And here is a youtube video of the last pull for the day:

Lastly, here are the JPEG's of the Dyno Sheets (HP on the right column and TQ on the left):
This SCREAMS when it hits its stride. The videos do small justice, you needed to be in there to feel this dude rattle the windows when it hits full song. I am a happy camper and with some more tuning this thing will really deliver.
