Regarding post # 72 on 12/24/08, in FOMOCO car of the day, of the picture of the Goldrush Fairlane. I am looking for any old pictures of this car throughout the years. This is my Dad's car now and we are trying to get some old pics and history on the car. It was originally campaigned by Bill Allie Jr & Jack Roush as one of the Fastbacks team cars, it had Stark Hickey on it also, this was the 427 automatic car. I believe it was later campaigned Paul Jochim SS/CA 1519. This picture was from our driveway in 1985 the way we bought it from the previous owner in IL.
Thanks for any help on any other pics or additional history of the car. We are trying to get this info before the stories and pics are lost.
