Default Server Swap - 9/18/2010
The server is configured and racked -- and the switching over of data is being scheduled to occur Sunday night or Monday morning.

We will need to be down for a short time during this switch over. Sometimes this goes pretty smooth -- and sometimes it does not. This will be the 5th server change in ten years -- but the first in four.

If the site disappears -- it will be temporary as there will be quite a few of us all over it like stink on shit.

If were down for an extended period of time -- I will post updates on my Facebook Wall.

update -- the RAID card for the new server wasn't working right -- and we can't contact the vendor for a new one until Tuesday.

On hold until we can get it, test it, and reschedule.

My old setting for Firefox block the site thinking or something is reporting this as a bad site. It was set to block reported attack sites... I do not know what is going on with Firefox... IE doesn't seem to have a problem....

This happened when I went back to the political forum...
