There are a number of motels in Collinsville,IL.
Comfort Inn,Drury Inn,Hampton Inn,Super 8 and others.
About five miles from the track. Plenty of eating places,etc.

thank you very much.i could not remember the name of the town i stayed in.it was collinsville.by the way gateways site has little info on rooms.

I called Clay and Rosie this afternoon and reserved my space. They decided that you can sleep in the stacker...rooms are going fast.. don't know if you need two or three....

The best place is what use to be the Holiday Inn in Collinsville -- but they changed their name to another chain and I can't remember which.
