| |  New lead rules send small dirt bikes to storage
Started to post this one on the motorcycle forum, but decided it is going to be political so I posted it here.
Looks like our wonderful legislators have banned small motorcycles. Dealers are no longer allowed to sell their inventory of 50 to 100cc motorcycles. http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/090215/motor..._lead_ban.html
I am so angry right now I could strangle the bastards. They wont stop until there is a full on revolution.
Dealers can no longer even service them or sell parts for them. Who's phone lines do we need to melt down!

It's amazing that kids that grew up in the 50s and 60s have lived as long as they have.Lead paint on toys,toys made of lead,small nuts and bolts in erector sets(choking hazard),tinker toys(poke your eyes out with the sticks),chemistry sets(dangerous chemicals) ....just think we should have been dropping like flies.Maybe we had a better diet,didn't feel the urge to eat Tonka toys,Match Box toys,or lead paint chips. | | | | Premium Member | | Join Date: Oct 2008 Location: S.E. What's next? A ban on fishing lures because I take my kids fishing? A ban on car batteries because my kids ride in my truck? Ammo because my kids like to shoot pistols with me?
