West Aussies waiting longer in hospitals: report

West Australians are waiting longer for treatment in emergency departments and for elective surgery, a new report card on public hospitals has found.
The Australian Medical Association report, released this morning, warns hospitals everywhere are groaning from a lack of funding and increased demand by patients.
