Getting Away with Murder

Back in 1969, a group of Black Panthers decided that a black man named Alex Rackley needed to die. Rackley was a fellow Panther suspected of disloyalty.

Rackley was first tied to a chair. Safely immobilized, his “friends” tortured him for hours by, among other things, pouring boiling water on him. When they got tired of torturing Rackley, Black Panther member Warren Kimbro took Mr. Rackley outside and put a bullet in his head. Rackley’s body was found floating in a river about 25 miles north of New Haven, Conn.

Maybe at this point you’re curious as to what happened to these Black Panthers. Well, in 1977, that’s only eight years later only one of the killers was still in jail. The shooter, Warren Kimbro, managed to get a scholarship to Harvard. He later became an assistant dean at Eastern Connecticut State College. Isn’t that something? As a 60s radical you can pump a bullet into someone’s head, and years later, in the same State, you can be an assistant college dean! Only in America! Ericka Huggins was the lady who served the Panthers by boiling the water for Mr. Rackley’s torture. Some years later Ms. Huggins was elected to a California school board.

How in the world do you think that these killers got off so easy? Well, maybe it was in some part due to the efforts of two people who came to the defense of the Panthers. These two people actually went so far as to shut down Yale University with demonstrations in defense of the accused Black Panthers during their trial. One of those people was none other than Bill Lan Lee. Mr. Lee Or Mr. Lan Lee as the case may be, isn’t a college dean. He isn’t a member of a California school board. He is the head of the U.S. Justice Departments Civil Rights Division. Lee is serving in that capacity illegally, by the way, but that’s another story --- another part of the Clinton saga of ignoring the rule of law.

O.K., so who was the other Panther defender? Is this other notable Panther defender now a school board member? Is this other Panther apologist now an assistant college dean? Nope, neither.

The other Panther defender was, like Lee, a radical law student at Yale University at that time. She is now known as The Smartest Woman in the World. She is none other than the unofficial Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate from the State of New York ---- our lovely First Bitch, the incredible Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Dave’s Note: I have over a thousand web pages — many of which one group or another might take personal. The above story has been sent to me many times, so it apparently a hot topic on the Internet. Each of the times it has been sent to me, credit was given to Paul Harvey. I don’t have personal knowledge of if this story is true or not, or if it originated from Paul Harvey, but I have always believed that where there’s smoke — there’s fire and the Clinton’s blow a lot of smoke (pun intended)! I personally have less of a problem believing this than I do believing that there is a "Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy", that Hitlery is "Disappointed" with her brother selling pardons, that William the Impeached "Never had sex with that women", or that he didn't inhale. I'm sorry, but there is not enough space to recite all of there lies here!

It has been pointed out (in some of the hate mail sent me) that Hillary only assisted the lawyers in having these people get away with murder — as she hadn’t yet finished law school. If that’s true — what’s the difference? To me it only means that since she couldn’t be their official lawyer — she did the next best thing of working to collect information to get them off.

Starting a couple weeks after Hillary Clinton announced that she wanted to screw up New York (Hillary, please stay up there and far away from Texas) I started to receive all kinds of hate mail about this page. When I look at my weekly web reports, the largest group of key words submitted (almost 35% of all searchs leading to my site) to search engines linking to any of the thousand pages in my sites are : “Alex Rackley” “Black Panthers” and “Hillary Clinton”. There is an obvious campaign in progress to identify those who have posted this story on the Internet and to scare them into removing it. I also find it unusual that there is such a high percentage of users originating from US Government connections to the Internet visiting this domain compared to my other sites. No, I don’t see secret messages on the back of stop signs or black helicopters following me — but I do feel that the Clintons are the most corrupt people to ever rent out the Lincoln bedroom and can’t ignore the high number of unlucky people that have spoke out about them.
